The Tasha Tudor Society chapters celebrated Tasha’s 110th birthday around the country.

The Pacific Northwest Chapter celebrated Tasha’s birthday with a tea party that included three-tiered presentations of sandwiches, delectable homemade scones, jam, clotted cream, desserts, and individual pots of tea.

The Twin Cities Minnesota Chapter honored Tasha Tudor’s birthday and celebrated the anniversary of the Chapter! Attendees brought their favorite tea, cupcakes, and candles to light as favorite Tasha stories were shared, Tasha’s life and legacy reflected on, and enjoyed the fellowship of kindred spirits who cherish Tasha’s art, books, and love of nature. People brought their favorite piece of Tasha Tudor artwork to share and took time to pause, connect, and “Take Joy” in the simple beauty Tasha brought into the world.
The Central Pennsylvania commemorated Tasha’s birthday with a tea at which a special guest joined to share lots of Tasha FUN. Co-leader Julia Marsh displays the birthday cake.


The Northern New Jersey Chapter celebrated Tasha’s birthday with a tea party and a reading of Becky’s Birthday.

The Central New Jersey Chapter met at a luncheonette to celebrate Tasha’s birthday together.

The Southern New Hampshire Chapter celebrated Tasha’s birthday with 11 children and 14 adults at the Nelson Public Library with tea and cookies, loom weaving from Harrisville Designs, and a display of the library’s Tasha Tudor collection. A goody bag included a custom teacup cookie, chocolates and chamomile tea with a note attached “Nowadays, people are so jeezled up. If they took some chamomile tea and spent more time rocking on the porch in the evening listening to the liquid song of the hermit thrush, they might enjoy life more.”
