New Northern New Jersey Chapter

The Society is pleased to announce a new chapter in northern New Jersey.

The Northern New Jersey Chapter hopes Tasha Tudor fans in the Whippany area will attend an introductory get-together on Saturday, March 23 for a chance to get to know each other and each other’s interests in Tasha Tudor.

Anyone interested in Tasha Tudor is invited to join the chapter’s first event in Whippany when Chapter Leader Daria Lisco will host a tea and Take Joy documentary viewing party.

If you can’t make it that day, consider joining the chapter’s second event: a visit to Valley Shepherd Creamery in April (date tbd) to see the new lambs and other farm animals. The Creamery offers their artisanal yogurts, cheese, and butter in a farm store on the premises.

On May 4, you’re invited to the chapter’s third gathering; a visit to Fosterfields Living Historical Farm in Morristown for a sheep shearing demonstration. Experience farm life as it was over 100 years ago at this 213-acre New Jersey and National Register Historic Site. You can enjoy many of the daily farm activities that took place in the 1920s.

Remember, all Tasha Tudor fans are welcome to attend chapter gatherings, whether or not you’re a member of the Society. For further information about the chapter and upcoming events, please contact Daria Lisco at darialisco@gmail.com
