We have great news. The next issue of the Journal of the Tasha Tudor Society has been expanded to 24 pages!
Journal 21 features Troy Mathers’s memories of Tasha’s close relationship with his family. (Troy’s mother Beth, operated the Jenny Wren Press with Tasha in the 1990s.) Troy shares family photographs and art Tasha made for and of the Mathers family (Above)

There’s more! You’ll enjoy seeing recently donated letters Tasha wrote to her friend, Florence Voorhees, in the 1930s. They reveal what was on the mind of a 17-year-old artist and establish several pivotal moments in her life, such as when she learned to milk a cow. (Above)
And that’s not all. Journal 21 shares another remarkable donation; a doll fashioned by Tasha in the 1950s named Rebecca, Sparrow Post letters that were sent by the Shakespeare doll family, and items the young doll owner purchased with buttons at the renowned Tudor family doll fairs. (Below)

The Society is pleased to preserve such important items for posterity. But we also have bad news. Unfortunately, inflation has impacted giving in 2024 and gifts are down. We need your support to continue this work. Won’t you renew or join today?
Already a current member? Please consider making an additional donation to support the work of celebrating Tasha Tudor’s remarkable life. Don’t miss out on the next Journal – donate by May 1!
If your membership will be current on May 1, you will automatically receive a copy of the printed Journal in the mail. Not sure? Please email us.
Thank you for your support,
Amy Tudor (Tasha’s granddaughter-in-law)
P.S. If your membership is current, or if you have an auto-renewal coming up, or if you are a monthly sustainer, you’ll receive Issue 21.
