Working extensively with other institutions including Historic New England, Amon Carter Museum of American Art, Hopkinton Historical Society, and the de Grummond Children’s Literature Collection at the University of Southern Mississipi as well as individuals, Knazek uncovers the identities of the children involved in Tasha’s inconic 1955 Dolls’ Wedding which was featured in Life magazine as well as details of the event. Includes never-before-seen photographs and recollections of the day from Life photographer Verner Reed.
Tasha’s Kinship with Birds – A short piece noted the role birds played in Tasha everyday life and art.
